Kavan brings more than 10 years of technical experience to the LINBIT team. Before joining LINBIT, he enhanced IT models in areas as diverse as education, recycling, manufacturing, and financial services, using OSS to strengthen network integrity and availability. Today, he leads LINBIT's effort to offer high-availability to a wide class of business and institutions throughout the Western Hemisphere. Kavan believes that Open Source brings more than just a fiscally responsible solution to the table: it accelerates development, enhances security and prolongs uptime where proprietary solutions fall short.
