Brian has worked with computers extensively since the early age of 5. His curiosity lead him to discover Linux and OSS in 1996. After studying Computer Science at Indiana University South Bend, Brian worked as Linux system administrator for a civil engineering firm. There, he honed his ability to adapt this flexible technology to unique demands. After acquiring this invaluable experience, he co-founded the United States division of LINBIT with Kavan Smith.
