NOTE:
	you should rather be upgrading to heartbeat 2.1.4.
	Or Pacemaker (+heartbeat 2.99, see http://www.clusterlabs.org/mw/Install)

Hotfixes have been removed for that reason.

heartbeat 2.1.3 (and before) ship with broken dopd,
because we realised the problem too late,
and the fix did not make it into the release.

Later heartbeat releases should contain that fix.
